If you are feeling stressed or anxious, follow these steps in order!
- Ask yourself "am I hungry?" - If you are, eat something.
- Ask yourself "am I tired?" - If you are, rest. (You can rest by placing your head in your arms, getting a drink, or closing your eyes for a while)
- Anchor breathe - Place your hand on your belly and focus on your breath moving in and out.
- Talk about the problem
If you have difficulty solving the problem ask an adult for help.
